What does it cost to work with Calendula?

 Depends on the program- either a monthly fee or commissioned nightly rate AND any cleaning or maintenance fees. The fees range between $50-$700+ depending on the task/s and the size of the home. 

Does Calendula list the property on just Airbnb? 

We will list on any platform you want to see your rental. We collaborate on where we believe your listing will perform. We use different software programs to link your listing calendars together 

What is the timeline for getting my rental active on these platforms? 

As little as 72 hours. We need one day to go one for a deep clean launch, another day to take pictures & develop/recieve them and the third day to write the listing. 

What if I already have an active listing? 

We are happy to collaborate on your active listing, go over area analytics and create strategies in order to optimize your listing’s performance. 

How does your company vet potential guests?

We use the features of the designated platform to help us register all guests. We collaborate with the client to understand their expectations of what is allowed at their property and what will be forbidden, visitors for the guests, pets policy, smoking policy and pricing strategies… we also give the guest information in a way to prevent any questionable behavior

What amenities does your company provide?

We bring in the chips and waters, granola bars and oatmeal packets. These consumables are the only guest amenities the company provides. Other amenities will be billed to the client as we need to replenish and inventory will be recorded and reported. These amenities include toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods & creamer…

What if I already have an active listing?

How does the guest pay? How does the homeowner get paid and how does Calendula get paid?

The guest pays through the platform and the client receives it the day after check-in. Calendula invoices within 24 hours of all services and payments should be rendered within 24 hours of invoice being issued.
